Is operation Panther claw success?

The British prime minister Gordon Brown want make a joke about Afghanistan. He said that the operation of Panther claw has been success. With so many victim in British troops, he should not tell like that.

Until today Taliban is still exist. The attack could not kill much Taliban or Taliban leader. The British campaign is only a loosing campaign. no one could conquer Afghanistan even Soviet Union which has deployed 750,000 troops.
