The paid to review has not paid me

I do not why the website has not paid me whether I had finished the jobs. The review is still in my blog. I contact the website 24 hour ago but I has not get respond from the website. I think they owe $ 4 for my review.

I must be wrong trust to the website. My blog rank is decreasing to zero but I have not get money. I wait one week again. If they still has not pay, I would remove the review from my blog.
